In an interconnected world, many companies need to think globally when they design their electronic marketing and underpinning consent systems. This seminar is a rare opportunity to hear directly from two key regulators about the pivotal issues of enforcement and consent.

Jean-Pierre Blais, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission, and Jeremy Fenton, Executive Manager for the Unsolicited Communications Branch of the ACMA will each provide insights about their respective regimes. Andreas Mauroschat from Ashurst’s German privacy practice will provide brief EU insights.
